Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager (all genders)

The role For our global Mature Customer Marketing team in Berlin, we are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the lifecycle strategy for one these topics: merchandising, or partnerships & retail media. The Mature Customer Marketing team sits within the HelloFresh Group’s Global Customer Lifecycle organization.

Our mission is simple: keep active customers active, and make sure they get the most out of their subscription — across our 6 brands, 18 countries and 30 markets. As a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll be a critical link between strategy and execution, partnering closely with CRM, Product Marketing, Physical Product, Tech and local marketing teams to design, brief and scale programs that keep our customers engaged with their subscription.
