Warehouse Assistant – Stock Management (m/f/d)

You carry out stock adjustments, thereby ensuring a high level of stock accuracy in the warehouse You identify incorrectly recorded master data and report it to the warehouse control centre for correction You analyse existing processes and develop optimisations to increase efficiency and productivity You implement measures to maintain and improve warehouse organisation and monitor their effectiveness You process and correct faulty packaging materials to prevent disruptions to warehouse operations You create and maintain forms and templates for day-to-day business operations You use Excel to produce detailed reports and analyses to inform decision-making You carefully document stock levels and stock movements in the warehouse management system You liaise with colleagues and neighbouring departments regarding queries and stock discrepancies You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), a warehouse specialist (m/f/d) or an office management clerk (m/f/d) You have solid professional experience in the logistics sector, ideally in the areas of responsibility described You are characterised by a high level of quality awaren
