Travel Services Agent (m/f/d)

You will be the point of contact for customers regarding all enquiries about their booked holiday, via telephone and email. You will independently carry out changes to bookings, such as rebooking flights and hotels, are carried out independently.

You will arrange upgrades to meal plans or room categories at the customer’s request. You will register and process additional services such as sports luggage or special customer requests.

You will carefully record any special requirements, such as allergies, are carefully recorded and forwarded as appropriate. For tour guides:within the destination areas, you are the central point of contact for enquiries regarding existing bookings.

You handle customer enquiries both by telephone and in writing with a strong focus on service. You document the processing of customer enquiries and booking changes in the system.

For more complex issues, you liaise with internal specialist departments or partners: You have completed a vocational qualification as a travel agent (m/f/d) or tourism specialist (m/f/d), or alternatively you have at least two years’ practical experience in the tourism sector You enjoy speaking on the telephone and have excellent v
