Telephone operator (m/f/d)

You will answer customers’ questions about the new Freie Presse app When introducing the app, you will provide assistance using the guidelines provided You will carefully record and document customer enquiries in the system You will carry out telephone-based tasks exclusively in the inbound customer service team After each customer contact, you will carry out the necessary follow-up work in accordance with guidelines You will ensure clear and solution-oriented communication with customers You will answer incoming calls in a friendly manner and transfer them if necessary You will document the status of enquiries and consult with the relevant departments where necessary You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification Initial experience in telephone support or customer service would be an advantage You have good IT skills and are familiar with using mobile applications Good written and spoken German are key strengths Strong communication skills, reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a structured approach to work round off your profile On-site canteen Central location with excell
