For our BIKINI Berlin center in the heart of Berlin, we are looking for dedicated support in our day-to-day operations. Here’s what you can expect You will support the technical management team with a wide range of tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the center You will create maintenance logs, service reports, and technical documentation You will assist the tenants located in the property with technical issues and complaint management You will assist with the planning and execution of maintenance and modernization projects You will manage the property’s budget for technical measures and maintain contacts with tradespeople and suppliers You document and organize maintenance and repair data You are responsible for managing and documenting maintenance contracts and inspections What you bring to the table Business training or comparable professional experience Basic knowledge of building ser
