Technical Product Designer (m/f/d)

You will create and optimise nesting programmes using TruTops Nest for the manufacture of sheet metal components In the programming department, you will be responsible for work planning and preparing production orders You will write and fine-tune cutting and punching programmes for modern sheet metal processing You prepare CAD data for the manufacturing process, import it and refine it You liaise with the production team to clarify manufacturing parameters to ensure the material is utilised as efficiently as possible You will check drawings and component data for manufacturability and revise the programmes as required You will approve the programmes you have created for production and document them in a traceable manner You have completed an apprenticeship as a Technical Product Designer (m/f/d), Metalworker (m/f/d), construction fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification You have relevant professional experience in sheet metal working as well as demonstrable knowledge of nesting software You have user-level knowledge of TruTops Nest as well as experience with CAD programming and design You are also able to read technical drawings and work from them A basic knowledge of German, b
