You will support the site management team in organising and managing maintenance and repair orders You will be responsible for tracking orders and ensuring that contractors complete them on time Your responsibilities also include processing and tracking reports of damage and defects You will be responsible for coordinating appointments and work between tradespeople, service providers and tenants you are also responsible for communicating with tenants regarding upcoming work and measures general administrative and organisational tasks within the technical department round off your role You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training programme, e.g.

as an office administrator (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in the construction, trades or property sectors you have a good grasp of technical matters You’re fully proficient in using MS
