YOUR TASKS Core Duties & Responsibilities Reporting Supports month-end processes to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close Cash Management Coordination and Execution of all payments of Meininger Group Posting of all business transactions with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Recording receipts and payments of customer deposits and refunds into hotel software SIHOT • Daily setting of payments in the different banking software Weekly recharge of collections from various service providers (e.g. credit cards, PayPal etc.) Ongoing reconciliation and monitoring of a
