Tax clerk (m/f/d)

You carefully prepare documents for tax purposes and check them for completeness You reliably issue and dispatch invoices as part of day-to-day operations You enter and maintain accounting-related data in DATEV For property advertising, you assist with placing adverts on social media You communicate with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner You use MS Office to prepare reports, documents and correspondence Ideally, you will update property data in the Propstack system Where required, you will also handle correspondence in English and Italian You will support the team with general administrative and organisational tasks in day-to-day office work You have completed a training programme as an office administrator (m/f/d), a tax clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification Experience with Propstack or prior knowledge of the property sector is desirable You are confident in using MS Office and DATEV You have a good command of spoken and written German and English, and ideally Italian Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile We offer training opportunities Parking facilities What you can a
