Staff Engineer Component Verification (f/m/div)

Validating analog-mixed-signal microcontroller devices on manufactured hardware through investigating their electrical characteristics Setup of measurement equipment (hardware) and test program environment (software) for mixed-signal verification of respective expected functionality in a lab environment Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define reusable test concepts and automation, drive alignment via technical reviews, and integrate feedback Leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GPT/Copilot) test development and documentation; (big plus) building agentic workflows for test generation, execution, triage, and reporting Review existing characterization methodologies and introduce new approaches to improve coverage, robustness and reuse Leading and mentoring junior engineers and supervising students A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Information and Communication Technology (or comparable) Several years of professional experience related to semiconductor test, characterization or product development/validation Strong programming skills (e.g., C/C++, Python, MATLAB or similar) with a focus on test/automation in lab environments Hands-on ex
