This includes supporting the implementation of maintenance strategies, keeping maintenance plans and parts lists accurate, testing new versions, and making updates directly in Excel and SAP. You will make sure our internal teams and external customers receive the right service product information at the right time, in the right quality and format.

You will maintain product data, pricing and quotation configurations across SAP, Salesforce and other systems, while supporting our service products throughout their entire lifecycle. You will turn data into practical improvements by creating reports and analyses, identifying optimisation opportunities, and exploring how technologies such as artificial intelligence can make our processes smarter and more effici
