On behalf of our client, an internationally active industrial and commercial construction company based in Düsseldorf, we are looking for you to join us as Senior Site Manager for Building Construction (m/f/d) as part of a direct recruitment . You will take on the role of senior site manager for all turnkey building construction trades and bear full technical responsibility for the assigned construction project In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all quality standards are met in a targeted manner, as well as for monitoring deadlines, budgets and health and safety requirements on site Furthermore, you will oversee the coordination and induction of the on-site management team and act as the central point of contact for clients and all subcontractors Your responsibilities also include the professional tendering and awarding of subcontractor services, taking into account all internal guidelines and processes As part of you
