Senior People Development Partner (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Senior People Development Partner (f/m/d) to play a central role in embedding a high-performance, growth-oriented culture as Black Semiconductor scales. This role is instrumental in partnering with managers to bring development to life across the organization by delivering performance and talent processes, enabling meaningful career conversations, strengthening manager capability, and ensuring employees have the support they need to grow.

Acting as a trusted partner to team leads, you will help turn established frameworks into everyday practice while building strong developmental partnerships that scale with the business. The successful candidate will bring a blend of business partnering expertise, coaching capability, performance management experience, and a people-centered approach to help managers develop high-performing teams and support the company's continued growth.
