This isn't a role for templated content churn; it’s about setting a high creative bar and building the frameworks that keep that quality intact at high volume, particularly across Paid Social. You will use AI tools to accelerate production, keeping human creativity at the center of every decision.

Based in our Berlin studio as part of the Global Brand Team, you will report to the Video Creative Lead. You’ll act as their key partner in translating brand storytelling into motion — owning the creative process from inception to final cut while evolving our motion design system across global markets.
