Senior Director International Tax (f/m/div)

In this role, you will lead the International Tax Team and hold global responsibility for the Group's international tax strategy, the tax planning and optimization of the legal Group and financing structure (particularly with cross-border implications), as well as tax efficiency and tax risk management for M&A activities and intra-group restructurings. Provide professional and line leadership for the International Tax Team within Infineon's Group Tax Department Advise central functions and business units worldwide on international tax matters and developments, and manage all internal and external stakeholders during the implementation of measures Hold global responsibility for financing and dividend strategies Ensure tax efficiency and tax risk management for the entire Infineon Group, particularly for M&A projects and corporate restructurings Lead interdisciplinary and multi-functional projects Drive the automation and digitalization of processes within the department You demonstrate strong judgment and assertiveness, enabling you to make and defend strategic decisions.
