Own and evolve our AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), ensuring scalability, reliability, and security by design Design, automate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI), embedding security controls (e.g., SAST/DAST) directly into development workflows Lead monitoring and observability initiatives (e.g., Datadog), proactively identifying system risks and driving incident response and resolution Define and implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, RBAC, vulnerability management, and infrastructure hardening across environments Drive security initiatives such as patch management, threat detection (e.g., GuardDuty, Falco), and credential leak prevention across systems and repositories Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams, contributing to architectural decisions and leading security audits and compliance efforts
