Returns Clerk (m/f/d)

You will process and record returns and cases requiring clarification in the system You will dispatch faulty items to service centres and customers You will liaise with service centres and customers to resolve outstanding cases During the induction period, you will assist with day-to-day operations and gradually take on tasks independently If you are suitable for the role, you will take on further areas of responsibility within the department You will ensure the smooth running of the small goods organisation through a careful and structured approach to your work You will check incoming returns for completeness and the condition of the items You will document complaints and cases requiring clarification in a traceable manner in the relevant system You will liaise with neighbouring departments to resolve discrepancies You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification You have relevant professional experience in administration or returns processing You are confident in using MS Office You have a good command of written and spoken German You are willing to work shifts Reliability, the ability to
