Quality Manager (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for ensuring and continuously improving the required quality of products, services and processes; in doing so, you take into account and evaluate relevant quality indicators, on the basis of which you optimise internal procedures and operational processes; you handle complaints reliably; you act as the point of contact for all quality-related matters; you draw up and manage the QMdocumentation.
