Quality Assurance Clerk (m/f/d)

You will assist with quality assurance in sausage production You will store the previous day’s samples and assign the relevant batch numbers You will maintain records of the production process, temperatures and other relevant parameters As part of your role, you will monitor staff to ensure compliance with all hygiene regulations You will carry out documentation tasks using MS Excel and SAP You will prepare training sessions and audits and assist in their delivery You will carry out laboratory work, tests and tastings independently You record and maintain quality-related data in the merchandise management system You document any deviations from quality standards and forward the relevant reports You have completed a vocational training programme as a Food Technology Specialist (m/f/d), butcher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification you have relevant professional experience in quality assurance you are confident in using MS Office and the SAP system You have a good command of written and spoken German Your ability to work as part of a team and your proactive approach to work are strong points in your favour A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile Long-term employment w
