Purchasing Team Leader (m/f/d)

In this role, you will lead, manage and further develop the three-person procurement team You will be responsible for the entire procurement process and will draw up supply and framework contracts, whilst sourcing a wide range of products from screws to plastic and metal parts You will play an active role in the day-to-day operations of both operational and strategic procurement and manage supplier relationships You will further develop the procurement and supplier strategy, as well as internal and external processes, in consultation with senior management You will continuously improve procurement-related ERP processes and master data management You will conduct price and contract negotiations independently in both national and international contexts You will select, evaluate and qualify suppliers within the regulated medical technology sector and seek out alternative procurement markets and suppliers You will compile procurement statistics and key performance indicators and act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits A successfully completed degree in engineering or business administration, or a comparable qualification, or a completed apprenticeship as a bus
