For our client, a medium-sized company in the semiconductor industry based in Freiberg, we are looking for you as a Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) as part of a temporary placement with the option of a permanent role . You will be responsible for the careful processing of all correspondence and the structured preparation of written purchase orders as part of day-to-day procurement You will also be responsible for thoroughly checking all incoming order confirmations and following up on outstanding deliveries in a timely manner You will also oversee the proper archiving of shipping-related documents and the reconciliation of all delivery notes with the corresponding invoices The ongoing maintenance of commercial master data in the internal ERP system is also part of your varied and responsible daily tasks As part of your role, you will support operational communication with international suppliers on all matters relating to delivery dates F
