Purchasing Clerk in SAP

You will process purchase requisitions in SAP, from verification through to placing the order Based on the requisition requests from the business departments, you will create and maintain purchase orders in the system You will obtain quotations from suppliers and compare them in terms of price, quality and delivery time Your responsibilities will include tracking the status of outstanding purchase orders and liaising with suppliers in the event of delays You maintain master and material data as well as purchasing info records in SAP You check order confirmations and delivery notes and reconcile them with the order data In the event of invoice discrepancies, you clarify any discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments You’ll be in regular contact with suppliers and internal requesters You’ll manage the filing and documentation of purchasing processes carefully and in a traceable manner You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) You have sound SAP skills, particularly in processing purchase requisitions and maintaining master and material data Some in
