Pump Production Operator (m/f/d)

You will assemble the pumps and sub-assemblies in accordance with technical drawings, parts lists and assembly instructions (pre-assembly and final assembly) You will prepare the components and check them for completeness and visible defects (visual inspection prior to installation) You carry out manual assembly using standard and specialist tools (torque wrenches, presses, pull-off devices, assembly aids) You also adjust the clearance dimensions, axial play and shaft alignment, and take measurements using a calliper, dial gauges and feeler gauges You label the units (type plate, serial number) and prepare them for testing or dispatch You are responsible for mounting the pumps on the test bench, including the connection of suction/discharge lines, sensors and the drive You will carry out functional, performance and leak tests in accordance with the test plan You will be responsib
