Act as a (deputy) project lead, coordinating and steering interdisciplinary project teams with a strong focus on quality and results as well as contribute your expertise to company-wide initiatives and collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments. Help define and monitor service KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for our global service organization.

Take ownership of the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of service-relevant software solutions as well as service processes and tools with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. Plan and deliver training sessions on newly developed or improved processes and create clear, user-friendly documentation for global teams.
