Project Manager Budget to Report (f/m/d)

For our Global Business Process Excellence Department we are looking for a Project Manager Budget to Report (B2R) (f/m/d). As Project Manager B2R, you will be responsible for the identification of gaps between existing processes and the global business processes defined by the Global Process Owner (GPO) as well as for launching and monitoring process improvement initiatives .

In this role you will support to develop and evaluate the processes and identify inconsistencies – globally – to meet the Group’s strategic objectives and to get a best practice approach. The Project Manager Budget to Report (B2R) is responsible for leading transformation and optimization initiatives across the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

The position focuses on operational excellence, financial transparency, and continuous improvement of B2R processes This position is located in Heidelberg and you will report to the B2R GPO.
