Project Director Design Flow (f/m/div)

Lead complex, international programs for design-flow software, infrastructure and methodology, with end-to-end accountability for scope, budget, risk, quality and business outcomes Plan and govern the software delivery lifecycle—from requirements and work packages through release, deployment and adoption to sustainable operational handover Establish pragmatic agile methods for design-flow development, enabling transparent prioritization, iterative delivery, rapid feedback and measurable improvement Safeguard stability during the transition to platform-based chip and IP development.
