Process Specialist (O2C)

We are looking for a Process Specialist (O2C) to join our international Finance Business Support organisation. In this role, you will work at the intersection of finance, process improvement and digital transformation.

You will collaborate with colleagues across Europe, business stakeholders, O2C Experts and our BPO provider to ensure efficient, compliant and future-oriented Order-to-Cash processes. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, driving improvements and making a visible impact in an international environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

You will play an important role in ensuring excellent service delivery, driving process improvements and supporting our ongoing finance transformation journey, including digitalisation and system developments. Your tasks and responsibilities Drive continuous improvements within the O2C area, focusing on efficiency, quality and standardisation.

Support stable service delivery and collaborate with our BPO provider to ensure high-quality operational performance. Work closely with O2C Experts, business stakeholders and the BPO provider to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
