Process mechanic for plastics technology (m/f/d)

You will set up, configure and operate injection moulding machines for ongoing series production During production, you will monitor the injection moulding processes and optimise them in terms of quality, cycle time and scrap In the event of deviations in the machine, mould or process, you analyse the faults and rectify any malfunctions Once set-up is complete, you approve the process and ensure that quality and deadline requirements are met You will actively support sample production, changeovers and production start-ups You will supervise the production staff working in shifts and train them in the procedures You will contribute to continuous improvement and optimisation measures in plastics processing You will gradually take on managerial responsibility with a view to becoming a shift supervisor You have completed an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d), process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification if you also have experience as a plastics mould maker (m/f/d), injection moulding set-up operator (m/f/d) or injection moulding operator (m/f/d) and solid practical experience, you
