Process Engineer (m/f/d)

You will monitor the manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality, safety and cost standards You will analyse existing manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks and develop solutions to increase productivity, for example through automation or by adjusting machine parameters You will develop and implement manufacturing processes for optical modules You will independently produce technical documentation, reports and presentations You will take on the technical leadership of small, cross-functional teams in production When introducing new technologies, you will train and support the production team You will be involved in the research and development of new materials and manufacturing technologies You will work closely with other departments, such as maintenance, quality assurance and logistics, to ensure a smooth production process You will drive continuous improvement, thereby contributing to the company’s competitiveness You will actively manage and utilise the database for process optimisation You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Materials Science, Microsystems Engineering or a comparable discipline You have in-d
