Private Client Advisor (m/f/d)

You will provide comprehensive advice and support to members and clients on matters relating to liquidity, financing, wealth accumulation, protection and retirement planning You will analyse existing client relationships and continuously develop them further You will devise suitable solutions for your clients and prepare structured financing and investment consultations You will actively recruit new members and convince them of the bank’s services You conduct advisory and sales meetings and finalise products in the areas of accounts, loans, investments and pensions You make swift and binding decisions in the interests of the cooperative’s members You carefully document customer data and the content of advisory sessions, whilst complying with legal and regulatory requirements You use digital channels and tools to engage with and support customers, and assist them with any queries regarding online and mobile banking You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d), savings bank clerk (m/f/d) or insurance and financial investments clerk (m/f/d) You have already gained some initial professional experience in customer service Good written and spoken German are p
