Planning Manager (all genders)

Your Role You think ahead. You keep the big picture in sight.

You keep our production moving. At Factor_, fast decisions, high production volumes, and many moving parts come together.

As a Production Planner (all genders) , you turn all of this into a plan that works – today, tomorrow, and throughout the week ahead. You manage our daily and weekly production planning, keeping capacity, resources, and production targets in view and responding quickly when things change.

You work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to find pragmatic solutions before small deviations turn into bigger problems. If you enjoy working with data, quickly getting to the heart of complex situations, and improving things rather than simply letting them run as they are, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do You turn requirements into a plan that works. You create and manage daily and weekly production plans, ensuring that capacity, resources, and schedules are optimally aligned with our production targets.
