Shape the future of automotive connectivity - Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTNs) are set to become a cornerstone of the upcoming 6G mobile communication standard. By extending the reach of terrestrial networks, they enable ubiquitous and resilient communication and will play a key role in next-generation vehicle communication units, ensuring seamless and robust connectivity for the automotive future.

As a PhD candidate with us, you will conduct intensive research on future satellite-to-vehicle communication solutions based on innovative 6G networks. You will develop and implement advanced algorithms for handover mechanisms between terrestrial and non-terrestrial networks in order to ensure continuous and reliable connectivity for vehicles.

To validate your concepts, you will create meaningful simulations or implement prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of your idea
