The Performance Improvement (PI) Manager –Eastern Europe role is based in Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania), with the final location to be decided. The position reports directly to the Head of Operational Excellence for Europe/AMWA CCA.

This position has become available due to the promotion of the previous position holder. This is an excellent development opportunity to gain multi-site and multi-product management experience, as well as become an essential conduit for the flow of good practices across Heidelberg Materials.
