Occupational safety specialist (m/f/d)

You will advise and support the management team and senior staff on all matters relating to occupational safety, health and environmental protection (HSE) You will carry out hazard assessments and risk analyses for workplaces and processes You will plan, organise and personally deliver safety briefings and training sessions You will monitor compliance with statutory regulations such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG), DGUV regulations and the Industrial Safety Ordinance You draw up and maintain operating instructions, emergency plans and HSE documentation You regularly carry out site visits, audits and inspections and record the results You analyse accidents and near-misses and derive appropriate preventive measures from them As the point of contact for authorities, employers’ liability insurance associations and external inspection bodies, you liaise with them You will further develop the HSE management system and continuously improve it You will promote a sustainable safety culture throughout the company You will follow up on corrective actions and document their implementation You have completed training as an occupational safety specialist (in accordance with S
