You will assume responsibility for the professional, organisational and disciplinary management of the care team (12 staff members) to ensure and continuously improve the quality of care in accordance with statutory requirements (including SGB XI, SGB V, expert standards). You will also be responsible for staff deployment planning, rota management and staff development Furthermore, you will manage and optimise care processes and workflows Furthermore, you are responsible for implementing quality management and for preparing for and supporting MDK and quality audits You act as the point of contact for clients, relatives, funding bodies and authorities You play an active role in budget planning Close collaboration with the management team and facility management rounds off your role You have completed a vocational qualification, e.g.
