Metal worker (m/f/d)

You carry out metalworking machining operations, such as sawing or chamfering, as part of a production order Using technical drawings, you determine dimensions, machining steps and tolerances for your components You prepare workpieces and machines for the relevant production order and set them up During production, you check the dimensions and surfaces of the components, thereby ensuring the required quality You use hoists and cranes to transport workpieces and materials safely within the production area You record goods movements and performance data in the ERP system (SAP) You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or machining mechanic (m/f/d) You have good manual and technical skills You have a strong focus on quality and a reliable and meticulous approach to your work You can confidently read and implement technical drawings Initial experience of working with an ERP system such as SAP is an advantage A crane operator’s licence is desirable but not essential You are willing to work shifts in a two-shift system (early and late shifts) Valid work documents (work permit) and spoken German are essential for employment 13 months’ salar
