Materials Management Planner (m/f/d)

You carry out and continuously monitor operational materials planning You regularly check requirements, stock levels and open purchase orders to ensure they are up to date and plausible You process and analyse SAP planning results and derive the necessary actions from them You will check purchase requisitions and generated planned orders, and approve or adjust them as required You will monitor and manage safety stock levels and adjust them in the event of deviations When carrying out material planning, you take into account specified minimum order quantities and batch sizes You prioritise critical materials and systematically identify stock shortfalls In the event of bottlenecks or schedule deviations, you liaise with Purchasing, suppliers and the relevant internal departments You prepare reports and planning data using MS Office and Excel, and maintain material master data in SAP You have completed a vocational qualification as Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d), Office Administrator (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification you have several years’ professional experience in purchasing, planning or materials management you are confident using MS Office
