Master Craftsman/Technician (m/f/d) in Building Services Engineering

You will provide professional guidance to around 5 staff members and act as a reliable point of contact for them in their day-to-day work You will be responsible for the organisational management of the customer’s mail-order properties assigned to you You will receive enquiries from staff and customers, collate them and ensure smooth coordination between all parties involved You will recruit new staff and familiarise them with their duties You will draw up the rota with foresight and keep it up to date You record working hours and provide the necessary data to ensure payroll is processed on time You provide support with the month-end closing and invoice preparation You are responsible for turnover and costs, whilst keeping a close eye on the budget You ensure that the staff deployed possess the qualifications relevant to the sector You ensure quality, environmental and energy reporting within your area of responsibility and collect the relevant data for this purpose You operate the technical building services in your properties and coordinate maintenance, inspections and fault rectification You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in building services engineering, with fur
