What awaits you Independent operation, programming, and setup of CNC lathes Inspection and maintenance of the machines Quality control of manufactured components Optimization of machining and measurement processes Independent inspection of components for dimensional accuracy What you should bring Completed vocational training as a machining technician (m/f/d) or equivalent Programming skills are desirable Ability to read and work from drawings Ability to work carefully and independently Willingness to work shifts What we offer you Pay above the collective bargaining rate plus shift premiums Permanent employment contract, including all statutory and collective bargaining-based benefits Direct hire by the client company possible after a few months Personal support and guidance from your experienced contact person Up to 30 days of vacation per year
