Machining mechanic turning technology (m/f/d)

You will operate and programme CNC lathes as well as automatic vertical lathes fitted with LEMCA bar feeders In doing so, you will machine various workpieces with diameters ranging from 6 to 65 mm and lengths from 3,000 to 4,000 mm You will also change turning and milling tools independently and set them up correctly You will check the manufactured workpieces for dimensional accuracy using standard measuring tools You will also work confidently with a PC to control, programme and document the manufacturing processes You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (turning) (m/f/d) You also have previous experience in CNC turning and, ideally, in vertical turning You can read and interpret technical drawings with confidence and are proficient in the use of measuring equipment A good command of spoken German and a valid work permit are also an advantage You are chara
