Before production begins, you will check the order documents and prepare the necessary materials You will then set up the machinery – such as lathes, drilling machines, saws or milling machines – load them, commission them and operate them Assembling components is also part of your role You monitor the production processes, including quality, and take corrective action in the event of quality deviations or disruptions to the production flow You will also carry out regular maintenance on the machines to ensure they remain in good working order You will top up oils, coolants and lubricants, and replace wear parts such as seals, filters or hoses Setting up and operating 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling and turning machines is also part of your role You create and edit CNC programmes directly on the machine You have completed training as a machinery and plant operator (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of yo
