Logistics Clerk (m/f/d)

You will prepare export documents such as delivery notes, invoices, certificates of origin and customs documents such as ABD and A.TR. You will prepare Intrastat declarations reliably and on time.

You monitor and prepare preferential declarations for international trade You keep track of dispatch notifications and confirmations of arrival and ensure they are processed on time You will handle import transactions and maintain the relevant data in the ERP system You will conduct correspondence with business partners in Germany and abroad in German and English You check customs and shipping documents for completeness and accuracy in accordance with international regulations You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification You have experience in preparing transport and export documents for international clients You are confident in using MS Office, the ERP system, and inventory management and customs systems, as well as in import declarations You have a good command of written and spoken German and English Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous ap
