Role Overview The Lead Project & Program Manager is responsible for leading and delivering strategic business initiatives that accelerate Libra's growth and operational excellence. Working closely with the VP Growth & Operations and Libra functional leaders and LR content/software Business Units functional leaders.

The role translates strategic priorities into executable programs, ensures alignment across stakeholders, and drives successful and timely delivery of high-impact initiatives.
