Key Account Manager (all genders)

Act as the main contact for key merchants, coordinating continuously between internal tech/ product teams and merchant needs to build strong, long-term relationships Conduct regular reviews and collaborative workshops with key merchants to showcase performance metrics, introduce new AI capabilities, and strengthen the partnership Identify growth opportunities across your portfolio and align commercial strategies accordingly—driving upsells, cross-sells, and expanding asset volume (e.g., expanding from core product shots to lifestyle imagery or localized marketing assets) Escalation & Issue Resolution: Proactively handle escalations and resolve operational, technical, or contractual issues in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
