Interim manager (m/f/d)

You will manage the HR department, comprising two full-time staff members, and drive its further development Your responsibilities include staff planning, staff development and succession planning You will manage and optimise recruitment and onboarding processes You will prepare for and support staff appraisals and measures relating to employment law You ensure compliance with labour law, social security and collective agreement provisions You contribute to change processes and organisational development projects You design and digitise HR processes You will be responsible for payroll accounting under the TV-V collective agreement for public utility companies (using the DATEV payroll system) You will be responsible for carrying out follow-up activities relating to tax, social security, DEÜV and payments You have a professional qualification in human resources management, e.g. through a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a human resources specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent You may also have leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills You have relevant professional experience in human resources You are characterised by a confident manner and
