Industrial mechanic (m/f/d)

You assemble and disassemble mechanical sub-assemblies in accordance with drawings and specifications You assemble machines and plant step by step, ensuring precise fits During maintenance and repair work, you keep machines and plant in working order You identify faults and wear and tear on mechanical components, rectify faults and replace defective parts You machine mechanical components manually or using machinery and adjust them, for example by filing, drilling or grinding You use measuring and testing equipment to check the dimensions and functionality of your work Following assembly, you commission assemblies and systems and carry out functional tests You document the work you have carried out, whilst complying with safety and quality requirements You have completed an apprenticeship as a metalworker (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification You are also able to read technical drawings and work to them A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactiv
