Industrial clerk (m/f/d)

You will be the first point of contact for customers in the area of series production and will process their orders You will determine delivery dates independently and coordinate them with the production department You will be responsible for production management and ensuring the smooth running of mass-production orders You will prepare order-related documents reliably and meticulously You will maintain contact with customers by telephone and in writing and clarify any queries You will record and maintain planned requirement figures in the system You will process credit notes and handle complaints Managing consignment stock is also part of your role You will document order and stock levels and keep them up to date at all times Where necessary, you will communicate with international customers in English You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification Alternatively, you have several years’ professional experience and in-depth knowledge of production control You are confident in using MS Office You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English Reliability, the ability to wo
