Industrial Business Administrator – Head of Customer Service (m/f/d)

You will take on the technical and managerial leadership of the customer service team and ensure smooth collaboration You will independently implement order planning based on call-off and sales plans and bear overall responsibility for this You will coordinate the required production resources with production management, based on weekly, monthly and annual deadlines You will determine resource requirements based on call-offs and sales plans and communicate these accordingly You will ensure that incoming customer call-offs and orders are checked for feasibility in terms of deadlines and quantities You continuously monitor and ensure the supply of raw materials and purchased parts You organise adjustments to call-offs to avoid delivery delays, whilst taking contractual provisions into account You manage product series launches and phase-outs (EOP/SOP control) with regard to the availability of materials and external service capacity You continuously optimise stock levels, taking capital tied-up into account You ensure that the contractually agreed maximum capacities (call-off flexibility) are met and monitor compliance with them In the event of delivery date or quantity issues, you w
