Your responsibilities you will conduct consultancy meetings directly at the client’s premises you will be financially responsible for your own department You ensure excellent guest service and actively manage complaints You further develop existing relationships with regular guests and attract new guest segments You will calculate prices and terms and negotiate these with clients You will draw up quotations independently and revise them as required You will be responsible for recruiting new staff for your team You will conduct job interviews independently You will conduct recruitment interviews and make decisions regarding staff selection What we’re looking for You have completed a vocational qualification as a hotel specialist (m/f/d), hotel business administrator (m/f/d) or restaurant specialist (m/f/d) You have experience in guest relations and complaints management You demonstrate strong negotia
