You will respond to general customer enquiries regarding feed-in billing received by post, fax, email or the internet You will also process incoming cases and forward them to the relevant departments Your role involves handling complaints from standard feed-in customers and resolving the reasons for these complaints you will also support the legal department with legal proceedings and reminder letters by analysing and preparing claims for damages you will clarify changes to master data, for example in the event of plant expansion, direct marketing, penalties or changes to EEG feed-in tariffs You will also review notification forms relating to master data changes, such as those concerning VAT, changes of operator, bank details, address changes or credit note intervals Furthermore, you will investigate cases requiring clarification in feed-in billing, for example where meter readings are implausible Your role also includes rectify
